End User License Agreement and Limited Warranty
This is a legal agreement between you, the "end user", and Santesoft LTD ("the author"). By installing or using the product (the "SOFTWARE"), you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the SOFTWARE from your computer and destroy the associated documentation.

Copyright
The SOFTWARE is owned by the author and is protected by European Union copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All rights in the SOFTWARE including license keys, copyrights, licensing rights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, design rights, engineering rights, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights belong to author. These rights are not transferred as part of this agreement. No part of the SOFTWARE including the License Agreement may be reproduced, published, transmitted electronically, mechanically or otherwise, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system or translated into any language in any form, by any means, for any purpose other than the purchaser's personal use, without the express written permission of author.
The end user may store one or more copies of the SOFTWARE offline, on secondary storage media (i.e. tape, diskette) for backup purposes.
The end user may not modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based upon the SOFTWARE.
The end user may not permit other individuals or entities to use or have access to the SOFTWARE.
The end user may not disclose the license key to other individuals or entities, and may not permit other individuals or entities to use or have access to end user's license key.
The SOFTWARE or the use of the SOFTWARE may be subject to legal or regulatory provisions related to products used in the Health Care Industry. Prior to using the SOFTWARE, it is end user's responsibility to ensure that the use of the SOFTWARE will not violate any legal or regulatory provisions.
The use of the SOFTWARE is intended only for use with properly authorized content. Content files, including, but not limited to images, which are viewed using the SOFTWARE, may be protected by copyright laws or other laws of any jurisdiction and are used at the end user's own risk.
The end user may only use the SOFTWARE for personal purposes. The end user may not use the SOFTWARE in any way to provide, or as part of, any application service, provider service or other similar commercial service or application in which third parties have access to the SOFTWARE.

Grant of License
(1) Unlimited Site License - The Site License authorizes the use of the SOFTWARE by the purchaser or the purchaser's employees and/or students, on unlimited number of computers at the same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally be defined as a single building, but could be considered to be several buildings within the same general geographical location, such as a hospital, university or industrial estate.
(2) Single User License - The author hereby grants the end user non-exclusive right to use one copy of the SOFTWARE by the end user personally on one or more computer(s). All other rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author.

Disclaimer of Warranty
This SOFTWARE is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the SOFTWARE or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if the author has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the author's liability for any damages to the end user or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the license to use the SOFTWARE, regardless of the form of the claim.

THE AUTHOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL OTHER IMPLIED TERMS ARE EXCLUDED.

Specifically, the author makes no representation or warranty that the SOFTWARE or documentation are "error-free", or meet any end user's particular standards, requirements, or needs. The SOFTWARE is not intended to replace the skill and judgment of a qualified medical practitioner and should only be used by people that have been appropriately trained in the SOFTWARE's functions, capabilities and limitations. End user agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend author from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to the use of the SOFTWARE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE END USER'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH END USER.

Technical Support
The author offers free technical support ("SUPPORT") for SOFTWARE's lifetime on all licensed software products. SUPPORT is available via electronic mail only. All SUPPORT requests must be submitted in English. The provision of SUPPORT does not imply or guarantee that reported faults or errors in the SOFTWARE will be corrected.

Product Upgrades
The author offers free upgrades for SOFTWARE's lifetime on all licensed software products.

Termination
This Agreement and the end user's license to use the SOFTWARE will automatically terminate without notice if the end user fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination the end user must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE. All disclaimers of warranties and limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Return policy
The author offers a trial version of the product, fully functional for 90 days for the end user
to carry out a complete evaluation of it, prior to purchase. Software that has been purchased, downloaded
and activated cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in line with International Copy Protection and
Electronic Software Download generally accepted practices and does not affect the end user’s statutory rights.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
