The Single PC License is issued to one licensee, who may install and activate the application on one computer. The application can be accessed over the network by an unlimited number of DICOM nodes and users.

Low Total Cost of Ownership

The program license is perpetual and never expires. There are no annual, renewal, or contract fees. Updates, maintenance, and technical support are free. Registered users can download, install, and use every new version of the program at no additional cost.

Registration Code

When a user purchases a license for one of our programs, they will receive a registration code. This code unlocks the program and removes the demo banner from displayed images.
If you have not received your license key, please check the spam (junk) folder in your email client.

Invoices

Invoices are issued only after payment has been received. If you pay by credit card, electronic debit, or online bank transfer, FastSpring will issue an invoice as soon as the payment is processed. For orders paid by bank transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment has been received. FastSpring will automatically email the invoice or order confirmation to your billing email address, with the order documents attached as a PDF. You can also view and print your order documents at any time after completing your order by logging in to the secure "My Account" area on the FastSpring website. There, you will find an overview of your orders and all related documents.

Return Policy

We offer a fully functional trial version so that you can thoroughly evaluate our software before purchasing it. Software that has been purchased, downloaded, and activated cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is consistent with generally accepted practices for electronically distributed software and does not affect your statutory rights.
