It provides all the necessary tools for reviewing images like distance and angle measurements, roi statistics, MPR and study/series comparison, and offers all the needed features in day to day practice. It has all the features of Sante DICOM Viewer Lite except its advanced postprocessing functions like anonymizing (de-identification) and it is compatible with all modalities (CT, MR, NM, US, XA, MG, CR, PT etc.), all manufacturers and all DICOM 3.0 and NEMA 2 file types.

  • Professionals (e.g. physicians) can distribute the software to their patients/clients.
  • The program can be a part of another software package and it can be distributed with it. Any prior permission is not required.

Displaying medical images from a CD/DVD (instructions for patients)

If you are a patient, you have been given a medical CD/DVD with images and you wish to view them, you can use Sante DICOM Viewer Lite (it's free). Downolad, install and run the program, insert the DC/DVD in the DVD drive, and select the menu command "FileOpenOpen DICOM CD/DVD".
