Sante DICOM Viewer Lite for macOS is a high quality, full-featured, completely free DICOM Viewer. It provides all the necessary tools for reviewing images like distance and angle measurements, roi statistics, MPR and study/series comparison, and offers all the needed features in day to day practice. It has all the features of Sante DICOM Viewer Mac except its advanced postprocessing functions like anonymizing (de-identification) and it is compatible with all modalities (CT, MR, NM, US, XA, MG, CR, PT etc.), all manufacturers and all DICOM 3.0 and NEMA 2 file types.

Attention! The program does not support DICOM network services like ECHO, FIND, MOVE, STORE, and GET, it cannot receive files from Sante PACS Server PG, Sante PACS Server, Sante Free PACS Server or any other PACS server and it cannot be used as a PACS client. For support of DICOM network services please download Sante DICOM Editor, Sante DICOM Viewer Pro, or Sante DICOM Viewer Mac.

Displaying medical images from a CD/DVD (instructions for patients)

If you are a patient, you have been given a medical CD/DVD with images and you wish to view them, you can use Sante DICOM Viewer Lite (it's free). Downolad, install and run the program, insert the DC/DVD in the DVD drive, and select the menu command "FileOpenOpen DICOM CD/DVD".
