Single User License

The Single User License is assigned to one named individual. The named user may install, activate, and use the application on multiple computers (at work, at home, or on a laptop). A separate license is not required for each computer used by the named user or when replacing an old computer with a new one.
The Single User License is perpetual: it never expires, and there are no annual, renewal, or contract fees. Updates, maintenance, and support are free. The registered user can download, install, and use every new version of the program at no additional cost.

The Site License

The Site License is intended for hospitals, organizations, businesses, and educational institutions that wish to install an unlimited number of copies of our software at a single office or campus. The licensed organization may install the software for any number of users on any number of computers, provided that the computers are permanently located at one site (e.g., a hospital, an office building, a group of buildings at the same location, or a university campus).
The Site License is perpetual: it never expires, and there are no annual, renewal, or contract fees. Updates, maintenance, and support are free. The license holder can download, install, and use every new version of the program at no additional cost.

Registration Code

When you purchase a license for one of our programs, you will receive a registration code. This code activates the program and removes the demo banner from displayed images.
If you have not received your registration code, please check your email spam or junk folder!

Invoices

Invoices are issued once payment has been received. If you pay by credit card or electronic debit or online bank transfer, FastSpring will issue an invoice as soon as payment is confirmed. For orders paid by bank transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, followed by an invoice after payment has been received. FastSpring will automatically email your invoice or order confirmation to your billing email address, with the relevant documents attached as PDFs. You can also view and print your order documents at any time after completing your purchase. To do so, sign in to the secure "My Account" area on the FastSpring website. There, you will find an overview of your orders and related documents.

Return policy

We offer a fully functional 90-day trial so you can thoroughly evaluate our software before purchasing. Software that has been purchased, downloaded, and activated is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law. This policy is intended to protect digitally delivered software and does not affect your statutory rights.
